A contract in this format will be emailed to all customers
Your portrait commission will be taken forward under the following terms.
1. Picture size specification: XXXXXXXXXX
2. Media: XXXXXXXXXX
3. Other requirements: XXXXXXXXXX
4. Completion date: XXXXXXXXXX
5. Total price: XXXXXXXXXX
You will be asked to pay 50% of the total price in respect of services. Payment will indicate acceptance of the contract specification (1 to 5 above).
You may cancel this agreement within 7 working days (cooling-off period). Cancellation rights cease once the cooling-off period has expired.
You will be invited to inspect completed artwork, and have the absolute right not to purchase this if you are not satisfied with the goods.
You will be asked to pay the remaining 50% of the total price in respect of goods if you wish to purchase the artwork.
Goods will be dispatched once payment has been made.
You have the absolute right to reject the goods, if you are not satisfied. Goods must be rejected within 7 working days of receipt.
I will pay for the return of the artwork, and refund the purchase price on safe return of the goods.
