Step 1

Send me some images to look at (digital or printed) and a brief description of the the portrait you would like. I will let you know my views: most suitable medium and size, compositional enhancements, etc. Most importantly, I will let you know whether or not I can take-on your commission.

Step 2

If you decide to proceed ... I will discuss and agree all the details with you, quote a total price, and expected completion date.

Step 3

I will complete your portrait, and give you the opportunity to approve my work via emailed scans, or posted 300dpi prints (your choice).
(Please Note: this may take several weeks, depending upon my work load.)

Step 4

If you decide to proceed with a purchase, I will request payment.

Step 5

Once payment is received, your portrait will be mounted and posted. You will be kept informed of payment receipt, dispatch and the expected delivery date.
(Please Note: I do not normally send portraits before payment is received.)

Step 6

If you are not happy once you have received the item, I will refund your purchase price (less any fees incurred - e.g. PayPal transaction charges) on safe return of the picture.
