I do not broadcast unsolicited E-mail for any purpose, and delete spam, chain, and other junk email without forwarding these to third parties.

Anti-Virus Measures

My PC has Anti-Virus Software, which is correctly installed, configured, activated, and updated with the latest version of virus definitions. If my PC should become infected by any viruses, Trojans, Worms or any other forms of malicious code, I will disconnect my PC from the Internet until the problem is resolved to prevent spreading any viruses to third parties through e-mails, or through any files that I may upload to this web site.

I retain the copyright of any images created for clients, and would request that they do not reproduce these. The low resolution images on this site may be reproduced provided that due credit is given. Please email me to obtain permission.

This site can be safely viewed by any member of the family, and is rated by the Internet Content Rating Association (ICRA) as a 'Family Friendly & Child Safe' web site*. The respective ICRA META Tags are in place on all my pages.

* The requirements of ICRA labeling are very specific. The descriptors relate to the content (in images, portrayals, or descriptors) present on the site to be labeled: there is no vicarious liability. "Nudity" is an intrinsic component of art, and difficult to completely avoid on the Internet, and I believe it is up to each individual to use their own discretion when following links.

Privacy Policy

This site can be accessed without disclosing personal data. All enquiries will be treated as confidential, and commissioned artwork will not be shown on this web site, nor used in any other promotional literature without your approval to do so. All correspondence with clients and prospective clients is retained, and copies of this can be provided to those individuals on request. I do not collect nor disclose any data to third parties.
